Priority Insurance Donates Projectors to Kumasi Technical University: A Commitment to Educational Development
In demonstrating its unwavering commitment to supporting educational development in Ghana, Priority Insurance Company Ltd has donated eight high-quality projectors to Kumasi Technical University (KsTU). This generous donation is aimed at enhancing the teaching and learning experience at the university, reflecting Priority Insurance’s dedication to corporate social responsibility and community development.
The donation ceremony took place at the university’s campus, where the projectors were officially handed over to the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Gabriel Dwomoh. The presentation was made by the Managing Director of Priority Insurance Company Limited, Mr. Matthew K. A. Aidoo, who led a delegation from the company.
Mr. Aidoo, while addressing the gathering, emphasized the importance of education in national development and reiterated Priority Insurance’s dedication to maintaining a strong relationship with KsTU, noting that the donation was a fulfillment of a promise made to the university. “At Priority Insurance, we believe that education is the cornerstone of development. Accepting the projectors on behalf of the University, The Vice-Chancellor Prof. Gabriel Dwomoh, along with the Registrar, Mr. Ebenezer Kofi Boakye and Dr. Solomon Forkuo Kwarteng, Senior Lecturer at KsTU, expressed their gratitude to Priority Insurance and thoughtful gesture for the donation. He highlighted the impact that such donations have on the university’s ability to deliver effective education and foster a conducive learning environment. “This donation comes at a crucial time as we continue to enhance our teaching resources. The projectors will undoubtedly improve the delivery of lectures and presentations, benefiting both students and faculty members,” Professor Dwomoh remarked. ” This contribution is not merely corporate responsibility but a corporate social investment; it sets a strong foundation for corporate support within our university community.
