Ghana: Priority Insurance Company Intensifies Saturday Insurance

Ghana: Priority Insurance Company Intensifies Saturday Insurance

Priority Insurance Company Limited has commenced Saturday Insurance operations at its Head Office and some selected branches across the nation. The branches will be open to the public between 9.00 a.m to 2.00 p.m every Saturday. It is normal for the corporate world in developing countries like Ghana to go to sleep on weekends.

Apart from automated insurance apps, which are becoming pretty common feature in today’s insurance industry, many insurance companies in Ghana would rather go into comatose at the end of every week.

Priority Insurance Company Limited which had consistently remained one of the fastest growing insurance company’s in Ghana had chosen to introduce Saturday Insurance as a sure way to increase access to insurance and increase customer’s satisfaction.

The Managing Director, Mr. Matthew Kweku Atta Aidoo has already reiterated his commitment to expand the Saturday Insurance service to other part of the country within the shortest possible time. Several customers asked were delighted over the news and that they can now go to renew or have their insurance done on Saturdays.

“Because of work schedule and pressure, I would always find it hard to leave my work site to go to any Priority Insurance Branch on weekdays. I am now happy that Priority Insurance Company has heeded to our calls for Saturday Insurance” one happy customer said.

The Saturday insurance service will reduce work pressure on staff and management as the added day can ensure many customers, who would normally have to wait till weekdays are served. This will also essentially reduce overcrowding at our various branches on weekdays.

In another development, Priority Insurance Company Limited is scaling up its digitalization program with a plethora of digital products that will in the fullness of time be ‘unleashed’ into the market to maximize growth, reliability and quality services. This is in fulfillment with the Managing Director’s earlier commitment to Ghanaians that Insurance’ has adopted a policy of full digitalization by next year.
