Wendy Klatsu, the Branch Manager at Lapaz, has shown extraordinary dedication and expertise in her role. She joined the branch after a stellar performance as the Kasoa Branch Manager, following years of consistent contributions.

Her achievements include:

• Exceeding premium targets throughout the year 2024.
• Demonstrating exceptional job knowledge and unwavering commitment to her work.
• Continuously advancing her professional career, currently pursuing the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification after qualifying as an Associate in Risk Management (ARM).
• Completing a diploma at the Ghana Insurance College and nearing the completion of her Advanced Diploma.

Wendy’s ability to excel in challenging environments and her pursuit of continuous growth have made her an invaluable member of the Priority Insurance family.

Precious Elizabeth Blasu – Westland Branch Manager

Precious Elizabeth Blasu, the Branch Manager at Westland in Accra, is another shining example of dedication and excellence. With a wealth of experience as a senior underwriter at the company’s Head Office, she seamlessly transitioned into her managerial role, achieving remarkable results.

Her accomplishments include:

• Being a chartered insurance professional, recognized by the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (CIIG).
• Holding a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK (CIM UK).
• Surpassing premium performance targets throughout the year 2024.
• Showcasing an unmatched commitment to her work and an in-depth understanding of her job.

Precious’s extensive experience, strong leadership, and passion for delivering results have earned her this prestigious recognition.
